Pickup steps (Arrivals)

  1. Confirm your flight in the booking (number & time) so we can monitor delays.
  2. After landing, switch your phone on. You'll get a call/text with the exact meeting point (Arrivals/Parking).
  3. Document check: ID/passport, driving licence, and a card for the deposit.
  4. Contract & keys: sign digitally or on paper; we take photos for the initial condition report.
  5. Head off: you'll get the fuel policy (full-to-full) and return instructions.

Return steps (Parking/Terminal)

  1. Refuel close to the airport (full-to-full if that's in your contract).
  2. Share ETA 30–60 minutes in advance (call/WhatsApp).
  3. Meet at the agreed spot: we check fuel level and vehicle condition.
  4. Close the contract: return photos + signature; deposit release is initiated the same business day.

Flight delays & after-hours

  • Flight tracking: we automatically adjust the meeting time.
  • After-hours: pickups/returns outside business hours are possible; any fees are shown during booking.
  • Clear instructions: you receive a pin with exact location, parking level and bay number.

Map & meeting points

We meet either at Arrivals (curbside) or in the Short-Term Parking area, depending on traffic. You'll receive a pin with the exact spot, level and bay number.

  • Terminal Arrivals: ground floor, public area.
  • Short-Term Parking: follow the P sign; barrier ticket not needed if we guide you in.

Prefer navigation links? Open the pin we send via SMS/WhatsApp at landing. If data is off, use airport Wi-Fi to load it.

What to bring

  • Valid ID or passport
  • Valid driving licence (original physical card)
  • Payment card for the deposit (see card rules below)
  • Flight number & arrival time (for delay tracking)

Card & deposit rules

A security deposit is pre-authorised on pickup and released after vehicle return and checks.

  • Card type: Visa/Mastercard accepted; Revolut and similar fintech cards may be subject to issuer limits.
  • Name match: the driver’s name must be on the card used for the deposit.
  • Release timing: we initiate the release the same business day; banks may take 3–10 business days to reflect it.

Fuel, mileage & extras

  • Fuel policy: full-to-full (bring the car back with a full tank).
  • Mileage: included km/day depend on plan; see your booking summary.
  • Extras on request: child seats (0–36 kg), snow chains (seasonal), GPS, additional driver.

Cross-border, roads & tolls

  • Cross-border: allowed only with prior written approval and extra insurance where applicable.
  • ROVignette: national roads toll is included on our cars (e-vignette). City/parking fees remain at the driver’s charge.
  • Winter rules: legal requirement for winter tyres in severe weather; our fleet is season-prepared.

Late returns & grace period

If you’re running late, let us know. A short grace period may apply; beyond that, additional day/fee is charged per contract.

Support & emergencies

24/7 assistance: you’ll receive a dedicated phone & WhatsApp number with your booking. For emergencies call 112 first, then us.

  • Breakdown: stop safely, call the assistance number, follow instructions.
  • Accident: inform authorities, obtain a report, take photos, and contact us before moving the vehicle (if safe).
  • Lost & found: items left in cars are logged; message us with your booking number.

Quick checklist

  1. Phone on after landing; read SMS/WhatsApp with pin & meeting point.
  2. Have ID, licence, and deposit card ready for verification.
  3. Walkaround photos at pickup & return (we do them too).

Yes, after-hours pickups/returns are possible. Any fee is shown transparently during booking.
When is my deposit released?
We initiate release the same business day after return; your bank may take 3–10 business days to show it.
Do you allow cross-border travel?
